Facilitation: The purpose of the Facilitation working group is to be a neutral body that assists in facilitating the Roanoke General Assembly by utilizing a direct democratic process, based on a modified consensus model, as well as additional inclusive and progressive radical concepts.

Fiscal Policy & Practice: The purpose of the Fiscal Policy and Practice working group is to establish the budget and rules for fiscal transactions, which the Treasurers will abide by in conducting the fiscal business of the Roanoke occupation.
